Dentures & Partials

A fit you can eat and talk in, made to look like your own. We take the time to get it right rather than get it done.

What it is

A full denture replaces all the teeth in an arch. A partial fills the gaps where you still have healthy teeth worth keeping — and keeping them is the priority.

Fit is everything. A denture that moves is one you stop wearing, so this takes several visits and a lot of small adjustments. That's normal and it's the part that makes the difference.

There's an adjustment period afterwards. Eating and speaking feel strange for a while, and then they don't. We'd rather you knew that going in.

What happens when you come in

  1. Talk it throughWhat you can eat now, what you want to be able to eat, and what's realistic.
  2. ImpressionsMoulds of your mouth. Not comfortable exactly, but quick.
  3. Try-inYou see the shape and the shade before anything is final, and say what you think.
  4. Fit and adjustThen adjust again. Sore spots in the first weeks are expected — come back and we'll ease them.

This might be for you if

  • You're missing several teeth and avoiding certain foods
  • Your current denture clicks, rubs, or won't stay put
  • You've been told you'll need teeth out and want to know what comes next

None of this is a diagnosis — it’s just what tends to bring people in. If you’re not sure whether it applies to you, call and ask.

Questions people ask

Will people be able to tell?

They're made to match your face and colouring, and shade and shape are chosen with you at the try-in rather than decided for you.

How long does it take?

Several visits over some weeks — impressions, try-in, fit, then adjustments. Rushing it is how you end up with one that lives in a drawer.

Will I be without teeth in the meantime?

That depends on your situation, and it's one of the first things we'll go through with you. Ask at the first visit — it's a fair question and you should have the answer before you commit.

What it costs

We can’t put a number on this page honestly — it depends on your mouth and your plan. What we can tell you is how it works: we look first, we explain what we think you need, and you get the cost in writing before anything starts. We don’t begin work you haven’t agreed to, and we won’t pressure you into treatment you don’t need.

We're out of network with all insurances. We do file your claims as a courtesy, so the paperwork isn't left to you — but what your plan pays back is between you and them, and we won't guess at a number. Bring your plan and we'll tell you what we know before anything starts.

CareCredit and Sunbit are available if you’d rather spread the cost. If you’d like to ask before you come in, call (903) 856-6688.

Ready when you are

We’ll greet you by name, explain things clearly, and never rush you.
